Based on market interest for a low-budget and easy-to-handle loyalty system, ScreenCheck developed the Loyal application software in combination with the user-friendly, secure chip card terminal.

The ScreenCheck loyalty solution offers you a modern alternative for stamps, tickets and discount vouchers. The personalised chip card provides you with individualised customer relationships and a professional image. You set the rules for the customer actions you organise, and the goals for saving. There are numerous possibilities you can think of, for instance, gifts and discounts.

The Loyal 100 saving system enables the small shop owner to introduce a cost effective loyalty scheme for his customers. The customer collects points, which can be eventually exchanged for gifts or discounts of further purchases.

Technical Information

The card is user friendly, flexible, durable, and fraud proof thanks to the secure chip technology. The terminal is a compact desk-top model of modern design and has two displays. On the customer display, the customer can see the total number of points accumulated. The other display enables the employee to easily add or subtract credit points.

The terminal is linked to a computer collecting all transactions in a central database. The connection can be established by either RS232 or by the internal terminal modem. The information collected in the central database can be processed in various report formats, displaying card details, transactions, total balances, and so on.

The chip card is equipped with various security levels, which prevents falsification and fraud. Each project has its own unique project code, guaranteeing that the shop-owner's can only be used in his store.
